The Opportunity
This role is the best of both worlds — you'll be hands-on with patients, fitting devices and genuinely changing how people move through their lives, while also keeping the behind-the-scenes engine running smoothly through ordering, organizing, and keeping our clinic one step ahead.
You'll be the primary lead for our entire booting and bracing program, communicating and collaborating with physiotherapists, sports medicine physicians, physiatry, and orthopedic surgeons. What You'll Actually Do
Clinical & patient care
- Fit and customize orthopedic braces, walking boots, and splints
- Adjust and modify devices for comfort and effectiveness
- Educate patients on proper use and care of their devices
- Collaborate on treatment plans with the clinical team
- Stay current on new products and best practices
Inventory & clinic support
- Manage stock levels and vendor relationships
- Support scheduling and patient intake
- Assist with billing and insurance coordination
- Keep the clinic organized and patient-ready
- Maintain community relationships with key referral sources.
What You Bring
- Degree in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, or a related field (preferred, not required)
- Strong anatomy knowledge and passion for human movement
- Experience in orthotics, bracing, or rehabilitation (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills — you make people feel at ease
- Customer service or sales background
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting
- Familiarity with Jane software is a bonus

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
