Envy Beauty Lab + Laser is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, outgoing, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team! Guest experience is of the utmost importance in our Medical Aesthetics clinic, so the ideal candidate prides themselves on great customer service, has strong multitasking and communication skills, and can handle client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The perfect candidate will be extremely dependable, well-spoken, and highly motivated.
Front Desk Management
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing information or transferring calls as needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient flow in the clinic's schedule.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Customer Service
- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients, addressing questions or concerns with care.
- Assist clients with form completion, and inform them of clinic policies and current promotions.
- Communicate with clients to reschedule appointments or inform them of special events or offerings.
Room Turnover & Maintenance
- Help reset and sanitize treatment rooms between clients, ensuring all supplies and equipment are clean and in place.
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and visually appealing.
- Ensure that waiting and treatment areas are tidy, comfortable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Administrative Support
- Maintain client records with accuracy, confidentiality, and thorough attention to detail.
- Process payments, track invoices, and manage receipts for treatments and products.
- Assist with inventory by tracking office supplies, preparing orders, and notifying the manager of low stock items.
General Cleaning & Maintenance
- Take on cleaning duties, including laundry, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces in common areas, bathrooms, floor etc.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning any special events, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for clients and staff.
Team Support
- Act as a flexible team player, ready to assist colleagues and medical staff with daily tasks as needed.
- Remain proactive, taking on tasks without being prompted and seeking ways to streamline clinic operations.
- Offer a positive, can-do attitude and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
