Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Enforcement Officer to uphold laws, regulations, and policies within our community. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining public safety and order through effective enforcement activities. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. The Enforcement Officer will work collaboratively with team members and community members to ensure compliance and promote a safe environment.
Duties
- Conduct patrols in designated areas to monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Respond promptly to incidents, complaints, or violations reported by the public or other agencies
- Issue citations or warnings to individuals or entities violating rules or regulations
- Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports of findings
- Engage with community members to provide information and promote awareness of laws and safety protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other stakeholders as needed
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on legal requirements and enforcement techniques
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and enforcement actions
Qualifications
- Proven communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional law enforcement training or certification is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform patrol duties and respond quickly when necessary
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and community service

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
