Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Apprentice to join our growing team. As a Automotive Apprentice, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of performance and safety. If you’re passionate about automotive and have the technical skills to back it up, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all brands of vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and equipment.
- Inspect and test vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability.
- Collaborate with service advisors and customers to provide accurate estimates and explain repairs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and manufacturer updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper documentation of work performed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a automotive technician considered an asset
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fuel systems, and engine mechanics.
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A passion for automotive and a desire to continue learning and improving your skills.
