About the Role:
We’re looking for hard-working, reliable people to join our Cottage Pros crew! As a Cottage Crew Member, you’ll spend your days working outdoors on some of the most beautiful properties in Muskoka. From landscaping and yard cleanups to power washing docks and keeping cottages looking sharp, no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and garden maintenance
- Seasonal property cleanups (spring and fall)
- Power washing decks, docks, siding, and driveways
- Clearing debris, raking, and basic yard work
- Assisting with landscaping projects and general property upkeep
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintaining a positive attitude and working well with the team
What We’re Looking For:
- You’re dependable, punctual, and work hard
- You’re comfortable working outdoors and staying active all day
- You’re respectful and professional on client properties
- You have a valid G license and reliable transportation (an asset)
- Experience in landscaping or exterior cleaning is a bonus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right people
