Salary Range: $18 - $22 (commensurate with experience)

Job Description
Legendary Hospitality in the heart of Downtown Halifax are looking for a Kiosk Manager to join our team at Sweet & Salty for the summer. We are looking for a passionate hard working individual to join and lead our Front of House teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Sweet & Salty ice cream kiosk, including opening/closing procedures and service flow.
- Lead, schedule, train, and support a small seasonal team.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent guest service during high-volume periods.
- Process cash and electronic payments and complete accurate daily cashouts.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure consistent preparation and presentation of menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels and order products and supplies as needed.
- Handle escalated guest concerns and support staff during busy periods.
- Ensure the kiosk meets all food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.
About You
- 2–5+ years experience in hospitality, food service, café, or quick-service operations.
- Previous leadership, supervisor, or shift lead experience preferred.
- Experience in ice cream, dessert, kiosk, or high-volume venues is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
- Indoor seasonal kiosk environment.
- Extended periods standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working during varying weather conditions.
- Company uniforms must be worn during work hours.
