The Role
You own outcomes—end to end.
As a Digital Product Manager, you own the end-to-end product lifecycle, strategy, execution, and commercial impact for your product domain. You set the product vision and define KPIs—then remove friction so your engineering and design squads can ship innovative experiences to help our clients reach their goals.
You'll operate with the velocity and accountability of a tech startup while navigating enterprise systems and stakeholders. You'll challenge the status quo, build a high-performance, product-led culture, and prove Sun Life can move as fast as the InsurTech competitors we're taking on.

What You Bring
3+ years of professional digital product management experience, with specific expertise in direct-to-consumer (D2C) solutions.
Demonstrated success owning end-to-end product lifecycles (ideation to planning to build to launch to optimization) with measurable business growth.
Strong technical and UX breadth: Ability to partner deeply with engineering on complex integrations and with design on seamless user journeys.
Experience running an agile product cadence: Prioritization, roadmap planning, dependency mapping, and user testing.
Data fluency: Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable product KPIs, tracking metrics to drive continuous improvements.
Stakeholder management: Experience partnering with senior leadership to navigate risk, legal/compliance, and timelines in a complex environment.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
