Overview
We are seeking a skilled PPF / TINT / WRAP INSTALLER to join our automotive customization team. This role involves applying protective films, window tinting, and vehicle wraps with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience working with automotive modifications, a strong understanding of vehicle aesthetics, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is a plus, along with mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand and power tools.
Duties
- Install paint protection film (PPF) on various vehicle surfaces, ensuring seamless application and optimal protection.
- Apply window tinting according to client specifications, maintaining quality standards.
- Install vehicle wraps, including full and partial wraps, to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Prepare vehicles by cleaning and masking surfaces before application.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines while adhering to industry standards.
Skills
- Dealership experience or background in automotive repair highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and bodywork.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as scrapers, squeegees, knives, and measuring devices.
- Experience using power tools for precise installation tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling large or bulky materials or vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of automotive wrapping techniques and tinting best practices is advantageous.
- Mechanic experience or familiarity with automotive systems can be beneficial for understanding vehicle surfaces and components.
