Senior Estates Law Clerk (5+ years)

We are currently seeking a Senior Estates Law Clerk (5+ years). This position is for an in-person job at our Markham office.
The ideal candidate must have experience with estate litigation and experience with estate administration would be beneficial.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently on multiple files;
- Ability to meet deadlines while balancing different priorities;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Estate-a-Base (or other estate administration software);
- Strong knowledge of estate litigation procedures, estate administration, and estate planning practices;
- Familiarity with the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable estates legislation;
- Experience with court filings and estate administration procedures in Ontario;
- Excellent drafting, organizational, and time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; and
- Strong attention to detail.
