We’re looking for an energetic, creative and hands-on Marketing Specialist & Content Creator to join our team.
This role is a mix of digital marketing, advertising, and real-world content creation. If you enjoy running ad campaigns, filming content, telling stories through video, and turning everyday projects into engaging posts - you’ll probably love this position.
A big part of this job is capturing content on-site. Many of our projects happen in the field, so instead of sitting behind a desk all day, you’ll occasionally be visiting job sites, documenting projects, and creating content that shows the real work happening behind the scenes.
You will primarily support one company but will also assist with marketing initiatives for a small group of related companies, helping maintain consistent branding and messaging across the organizations.

What You'll Do
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Capture photo and video content on project sites
- Create short-form videos, reels, and social media posts
- Write captions, ad copy, and marketing content
- Track campaign performance and optimize ads
- Help grow and manage our social media presence
- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas
- Maintain and develop brand guidelines and visual consistency across marketing channels
- Design marketing and promotional materials such as clothing graphics, flyers, signage, and other branded assets
- Support marketing initiatives across multiple related companies
On-Site Content Creation
Some travel is part of this role. Our team works on projects throughout Moncton, surrounding areas, and Prince Edward Island, so there will be times when you’ll visit locations to capture content, highlight projects, and document the work being done.
Think before/after transformations, behind-the-scenes footage, team highlights, project walkthroughs, and team events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with digital marketing and advertising
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Valid driver’s license

- Know what makes people stop scrolling
- Have experience capturing project or behind-the-scenes content
- Enjoy experimenting with new content ideas
- Have a good sense of humor (marketing is serious… but not that serious)
