The Opportunity
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Community Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with people, supporting them in their daily lives while helping them build independence, confidence, and connections within their community.

What You’ll Do
- Provide personalized, day-to-day support tailored to each person's needs and preferences
- Assist people in identifying and working toward their personal goals and aspirations
- Encourage independence, self-determination, and community involvement
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of supports and progress
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
What You Bring
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or in similar support roles, including mental health support, physical assistance, and personal care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and positive relationships
- A flexible, positive approach to problem solving and adapting to changing situations
- A genuine commitment to empowering individuals and promoting independence and dignity
- Proficiency with general computer tasks, including accurate documentation (log notes, timecards, scheduling systems)
- Physical capability to safely lift and transfer up to 40 lbs (18.14 kg)
- Ability to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check, including a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle

Experience:
- support to adults with developmental disabilities: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 driver's license with access to a vehicle (required)
