Intermediate Accountant (Audit)
An Intermediate Accountant plays a vital role in a public accounting firm, helping the engagement process for clients' financial records and statements. Our client is seeking an experienced accountant who can assist on audit and review engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete intermediate level sections of an audit
- Preperation of review engagements
- Ability to complete personal (T1) and corporate (T2) tax returns
- Collaborate with the audit team to plan engagements, set objectives, and establish timelines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Extensive experience (typically 2+) within public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
