Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Fine Dining Server to join our special team as a PART TIME server. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining environment and have a knowledge of fine foods and wine. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for working as a team to delivering outstanding service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Shifts will vary, Wednesday through Saturday evenings Bartending experience and wine knowledge a must.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using basic math skills for cash handling.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent guest services.
