Summary
We are seeking a Dental Sterilization Assistant to join our team. This position would be full time (32-40 hours) Tuesday-Saturday. Competitive pay based on experience with opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Sterilize and reprocess all dental instruments following IPAC infection control standards
- Clean and turn over operatories between patient appointments
- Keep the dental office clean, organized, and properly stocked with supplies
- Assist with patient care chairside when needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with patients and team members.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and neat in work habits; able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- REQUIRED-Clear criminal record check
- No prior dental experience required-full on-the -job training will be covered
