What You'll Own
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, sales leaders, and management teams, helping them identify performance gaps and implement practical solutions that drive measurable results.
Your impact will include:

Improving sales performance through stronger processes, accountability systems, and operational discipline.

Evaluating sales calls, proposals, estimates, customer interactions, and conversion activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Designing scorecards, KPIs, forecasting systems, and reporting frameworks that provide leaders with greater visibility and control.

Helping organizations improve booking rates, close rates, average ticket values, lead response times, follow-up consistency, and pipeline management.

Building repeatable sales playbooks, frameworks, and best practices that increase consistency across teams.

Coaching sales managers and representatives to become stronger leaders, communicators, and performers.

Leading workshops, training sessions, and sales reviews that accelerate skill development and execution.

Collaborating with business owners, operations leaders, and finance teams to align revenue strategy with overall business objectives.

Contributing to the ongoing development of consulting methodologies, training tools, and future service offerings.
