Job Summary:
Our Reservation Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking an Inbound Sales and Customer Service Representative. We're looking for customer service-driven individuals who are enthusiastic, sales savvy, team players, and committed to personal development. The Sales and Customer Service Advisor will serve as the company ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and helping clients determine the best storage solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming inquiries following reservation center guidelines.
- Build rapport and earn trust from clients through excellent customer service.
- Identify client needs through active listening and probing to offer optimal solutions.
- Provide detailed information about StorageVault Canada's products and services.
- Meet and exceed various KPI targets.
- Promote the company's value for repeat business.
- Adhere to company policies outlined in the HR policy.
- Follow sales and customer service procedures aligned with quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Secondary education required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook); strong keyboarding skills necessary.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
