B&C Transparent, located in St-Julie, is a leading distributor of materials for the glass railing and glass fencing industry.
We are currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Full-Cycle Bookkeeper who knows QuickBooks Online (QBO) extremely well and can independently manage daily accounting operations.

Responsibilities
- Full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Daily bank and credit card reconciliations
- Bank feeds review and transaction categorization
- Accounts payable / accounts receivable management
- GST/QST preparation and filing support
- AP / AR management
- Intercompany reconciliations (“Due to / Due from”)
- Shopify / POS / payment processor reconciliations
- Month-end closing and financial organization
- Preparing organized files for external CPA firm
- Identifying discrepancies and solving issues proactively
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date books daily
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
Requirements
✅ Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) — mandatory
✅ Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
✅ Able to independently manage full-cycle bookkeeping
✅ Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
✅ Experience with GST/QST and Québec accounting environment
✅ Experience with Shopify and working in an accounting firm is an asset
✅ Organized, efficient, and proactive. Able to work independently
✅ Skilled in computer system
✅ English or French required for work communication
Rémunération : 50 000,00$ à 80 000,00$ par an
