Key Responsibilities

Follow up with customers after their service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback on their service experience.

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies to ensure a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with the service team to address customer concerns and implement solutions.

Document customer interactions and feedback in dealership software for continuous improvement.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.

Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage follow-up processes effectively.

Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their inquiries or concerns.

Develop and maintain knowledge of service offerings to accurately assist customers.
Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.

Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

Proficiency in computer systems and dealership software is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Location Requirements
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Toronto, ON M1B 5V7 or plan to relocate before starting work.
Experience Required

1 year in customer service or a related field.
Additional Information
Vacancy Status: One (1) existing vacancy available for immediate hire.
Compensation: $19 to $22 per hour (based on experience)
