CanWest’s Leduc location is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Sales & Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete demolition, sales, leadership, customer service, and project coordination, while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude on the job site.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide strong leadership and coordination throughout all phases of project execution.
- Conduct site visits and prepare quotations, tenders, bids, change orders, invoices, and billing documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying practical and cost-effective solutions for client projects.
- Review project specifications, blueprints, material requirements, and scope of work, and present project cost estimates to management for approval.
- Participate in field training, when required, to develop a comprehensive understanding of company services, processes, and operations.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers, team members, subcontractors, and management.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required.
- Previous experience in concrete cutting, concrete demolition, or related construction services is considered a strong asset.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales, estimating, or project coordination experience preferred.
- Experience with concrete cutting equipment, site measurements, and construction materials is an asset.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from construction drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required to ensure clear and safe communication on job sites and with clients.
