1. Meat Cutter
Trimming and portioning beef, pork, and poultry products
Previous meat cutting or meat processing experience preferred
Physically demanding work environment
Bandsaw experience is beneficial
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
(HACCP / CFIA compliance required)
2. Packaging Associate
Vacuum packaging and labeling of meat products
Verifying product weights and inspecting packaging quality
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the packaging line
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to follow HACCP / CFIA sanitation standards
