General Handyman – Residential & Commercial Properties
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our team, working on luxury residential homes and premium commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial properties.
- Complete drywall repairs, finishing, taping, and patching work to a professional standard.
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with mechanical systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Identify maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients, property managers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
- Strong skills in:
- Drywall installation and repair
- Taping and finishing
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Mechanical systems and general troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and work in various environments.
