Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled hitch and wiring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining various equipment and systems. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate installations.
Duties
- Assemble and install equipment or systems according to specifications
- Install air bags and compressors
- Install hitches including rear mount, front mount, and 5th wheel
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes
- Conduct quality checks to ensure proper functioning of installed systems
- Troubleshoot minor issues during installation and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after installations
- Complete all necessary documentation after hitch and wiring installations
- Ability to set and operate vehicle lifts
- Install wiring kits for towing products , as well as custom wiring (hardwire)

- Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly or installation work preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as required
- Prior experience in installation or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring
- Driving vehicles up to the size of motorhomes and semi trucks
Pay: $17.39-$30.00 per hour
