Rope access position available:
We are looking to hire a rope access technician to perform dryer exhaust cleaning at heights. We have over 13,000 strata properties in our database that we draw work from which keeps us busy all year long. Not seasonal like other rope access companies. We run 2 -3 technician crews from our office/ warehouse in Surrey. Crews are dispatched daily, mostly Mon – Friday (7:30 – 3:30 pm shifts), starting and finishing at our office/ warehouse. A workday consists of 1 hour travel to and from a job site with 6 hours work onsite making up the 8-hour shift. Different than other companies that have staff meet on site without paid travel time. All equipment is supplied. Future advancement available for long term employees.
Rate of pay and benefits:
Level 1 with no dryer exhaust cleaning experience - $25.00 per hour
Level 1 with some dryer exhaust cleaning experience - $27.00 per hour + experience rate to be negotiated
Level 2 with no dryer exhaust cleaning experience - $31.00 per hour
Level 2 with some dryer exhaust cleaning experience - $31.00 per hour to start + experience rate to be negotiated
Level 3 with no dryer exhaust cleaning experience - $36.00 per hour
Level 3 with some dryer exhaust cleaning experience - $36.00 per hour to start + experience rate to be negotiated
Crew leaders earn profit share.
