Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate the preparation, follow-up, and communication of the plan to close the technical points for each aircraft in accordance with short-term planning requirements;
- Prioritize and coordinate access for the various stakeholders to ensure adherence to the plan;
- Monitor and assist in resolving blockers for each aircraft (NCRs, BOIs, issues, etc.) by collaborating with the Operations and Operations Support teams;
- Escalate blocking issues when necessary to the appropriate stakeholders at the right time;
- Identify process bottlenecks and lead improvement projects to resolve them;
- Participate in E2EQG routines, particularly by preparing and leading FOT meetings, while contributing to monthly E2EQG analyses and action follow-up;
- Coordinate supplier recovery plans when they impact multiple areas of the Assembly Line;
- Coordinate VL/DL plans when they impact multiple areas of the Assembly Line;
- Provide first-level support to on-site suppliers.
Your Profile:
- You have i) a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Project Management, or ii) a College Diploma (DEC) in Aerospace with equivalent professional experience;
- You have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing processes, ideally on the A220 program;
- You have a general understanding of the dependencies between the various workstations;
- You have detailed knowledge of planning, logistics, quality, and production processes;
- You demonstrate strong leadership, are able to challenge existing processes, and are committed to helping your colleagues and other functions grow;
- You are fluent in French (mandatory) and are comfortable communicating in English (an asset).
