Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of agricultural machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have experience with heavy equipment operation, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely. Preferably a Red Seal certification
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on agricultural equipment including tractors, combines and farm machinery.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs and assembly tasks.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals to ensure accurate repairs.
- Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in the training of junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Agricultural mechanic roles
- Proven Knowledge to operate agricultural machinery safely.
- Experience with electrical, hydraulic systems, engine is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous Agricultural dealership experience

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
