Regional Car Rentals is a growing vehicle rental company dedicated to providing clean, reliable, and well-maintained vehicles with exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Vehicle Operations Associate to help maintain our fleet and ensure every customer receives a great rental experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean, detail, and prepare vehicles to company standards before and after each rental.
- Deliver and pick up rental vehicles from customers, businesses, dealerships, and other locations throughout the GTA.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after rentals, documenting any damage or maintenance concerns.
- Refuel, wash, vacuum, and restock vehicles as needed.
- Assist with moving vehicles between company locations, service centres, and repair facilities.
- Perform basic vehicle checks, including tire pressure, fluid levels, lights, and cleanliness.
- Install or remove accessories such as licence plate brackets or GPS units when required.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse or office support as needed.
- Support the operations team with day-to-day tasks to ensure vehicles are rental-ready.
- Represent Regional Car Rentals professionally when interacting with customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including SUVs, vans, and pickup trucks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing, automotive services, logistics, or delivery is an asset but not required.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional evenings and Saturdays as required
