KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping & Logistics
- Prepare, package, label, and ship customer orders accurately
- Create packing slips, bills of lading, labels, and MTR packages
- Coordinate transportation and deliveries
- Perform load planning and staging
- Maximize trailer utilization and ensure loads are secured
Receiving & Inventory Control
- Verify incoming shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy in JobBOSS
- Manage material traceability and documentation
- Conduct inventory checks and counts
Material Handling
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Operate a 7,000 lb sit-down forklift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Customer & Team Support
- Deliver exceptional service to customers, suppliers, and drivers
- Communicate effectively across departments
- Resolve issues professionally and proactively
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Forklift experience and competency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety
Preferred:
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience
- JobBOSS or ERP experience
- WHMIS 2015 training
- Load planning and staging experience
- Shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience
