We are seeking outstanding, enthusiastic, and educated Lead ECE teachers with over 3 years of experience, who are passionate about working with young children in our Infant/Toddler and Preschool rooms. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of early childhood learning theories, effective teaching strategies, and training in classroom management and guidance.
Successful applicants will bring enthusiasm and creativity to our classrooms, fostering the development of children. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and organizational skills, a loving and resourceful nature, and an independent, positive attitude towards life.
Location and Hours
- CEFA Surrey - Campbell Heights
All centers are open from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Your work schedule will vary within these hours, with notice provided.
Wage
$23 - $25 per hour, depending on education and experience. Additionally, qualified teachers will receive $6 BC Wage Enhancement.

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in both oral and written communication in English.

- Valid BC ECE/IT/SN Certificate
- Cleared Criminal Record Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Over 19 years of age
