Skills and Responsibilities
- Perform pre and post trip circle checks
- Knowledge of dumping and hauling procedures
- Knowledge of 30, 40, ton articulate rock trucks considered an asset
- Working in forestry/mining sector is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Workplace
- Satisfactory health, attendance and former employment history.
- Must be physically capable of operating a vehicle safely, possess a valid driver's license, have an acceptable driving record as well as having a means of transportation.
Requirements
- Willing to work a 7 on 7 off schedule
- Current License -
- Clean driver's abstract
- minimum 1 yr driving experience with Rock trucks or similar truck
- will require to get indocs and site specific orientations ( supplied )
- MTCU or Certificate for Rock Truck a MUST
- Pass a Pre Employment D&A Test
