Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a Consultant, Payroll Solutions. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers understands clients’ unique needs and embraces the possibilities technology brings to an evolving Human Capital and Payroll management landscape. Working closely with our Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) team, you’ll support clients through the full cycle payroll implementation process for our supported vendor solutions.

Performance Expectations
- Contribute to the implementation of business management platforms such as Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
- Support the delivery of business management platform implementations, including involvement in planning, business process reviews, and system configuration
- Assist clients in gathering relevant current system data and supporting data migration into new platforms
- Participate in Human Resource Management and Payroll program reviews and support recommendations for program improvements
- Configure supported payroll solutions (or comparable systems) to meet client business and operational needs under guidance
- Provide day-to-day client support and consultation regarding solution usage and best practices
- Assist with project-related financials including tracking budgets, WIP, and billing activities
- Support execution of client engagements, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks
- Participate in needs assessments and assist in data collection, research, and analysis through various methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, document review)
- Collaborate with internal engagement teams to understand project scope, risks, roles, and timelines
- Develop an understanding of client business operations and identify opportunities to support their needs
- Maintain quality control by ensuring accuracy and completeness of assigned work
- Monitor assigned tasks against project timelines and communicate status updates to the team
- Build knowledge of MNP’s services, industries, and systems through hands-on client experience
- Support business development activities by contributing to presentations, research, or proposal development
- Contribute ideas to improve work processes and effectively utilize internal tools and systems
Credentials
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline
- Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation is considered an asset
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting or client-service environment
- Experience or exposure to Human Capital Management and Payroll services considered an asset
- Familiarity with project coordination, data analysis, documentation, and client communication
- Exposure to business management systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Sage Intacct, Ceridian, ADP) is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Some travel may be required

This is a current opportunity with a hiring range between $70,000 to $85,000 depending on skills and experience.
