Overview
Wood N Tassel Home is seeking a confident, charismatic, and camera-friendly Video Presenter / On-Camera Host to represent our brand through engaging video content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, has a passion for furniture and home décor, and can connect naturally with viewers while showcasing products and promotions.
You will work closely with our marketing team to create social media content, promotional videos, product showcases, and lifestyle-focused presentations that highlight our furniture collections and décor pieces.
Responsibilities
- Present furniture, décor, and lifestyle products on camera for marketing and social media content
- Create engaging and informative product demonstrations and promotional videos
- Communicate product features, materials, functionality, and styling ideas clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams during filming sessions
- Assist with brainstorming content ideas and promotional campaigns
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and approachable on-camera presence
- Follow brand guidelines and represent the company in a polished and positive manner
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Ability to engage audiences naturally and confidently
- Previous experience in hosting, presenting, retail sales, social media content creation, or customer service is an asset
- Knowledge or interest in furniture, interior design, and home décor preferred
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube is considered an asset
Additional Requirement:
- Must be comfortable commuting between both store locations in Abbotsford and South Surrey for filming and content shoots.
Job Details:
- Position Type: Part-time
- Schedule: 1–2 days per week (flexible scheduling)
- Pay: $30.00 per hour
