In this role, you'll be responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing high-quality cabinets and woodwork that meet exact specifications. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide cabinet construction and installation.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking techniques.
- Measure spaces accurately to ensure precise fitting of cabinets and related woodwork components.
- Install cabinets securely in various settings, including kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and restoration projects.
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, caulking, and sealing to achieve a polished look.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure specifications are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or cabinet making with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with an understanding of construction estimating.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment.
- Knowledge of construction processes including masonry, rebar installation (for framing), roofing basics, siding installation, flooring installation (including tile laying), plumbing rough-ins, electrical work, and construction painting is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in physically demanding environments.
- Familiarity with restoration techniques and handyman skills enhances versatility on diverse projects.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship; strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Pay: $19.15-$34.45 per hour
