Honda Fort St John is looking for an energetic and motivated parts/service advisor to join our growing team. We are seeking someone enthusiastic about the car and powersports industries and someone wanting to reap benefits of hardwork. Our ideal candidate would be friendly and customer based and have at least one year of either parts or service experience. Honda Fort St John is a locally and private owned car dealership. Job Responsibilities Included:
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Take and assist customers with Retail and Wholesale parts orders
- Assist Technicians in selecting right parts to repair vehicle, and necessary parts to complete jobs
- Replenishing Inventory, both ordering from Honda and other suppliers and receiving orders
- Calling customer to advise parts have arrived and booking appointment for install if necessary
- Assist customers with pick up and drop of vehicle for service appointments
- Booking Service Appointments
-Writing Repair orders - correctly documenting customer needs and concerns
- Internal Service Advisor
- Attend and complete necessary training courses
- General housekeeping in Parts and Service Departments
- Process Warranty claims
