Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
- Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner
- Assist with customer inquiries and transactions efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors
- Create balloon decorations and themed designs for our showroom
- Take professional pictures of new products using provided tools in our gallery
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Available on Monday - Friday from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Experience
- Prior experience working with customers
- Prior experience working with balloons
- Enthusiasm for balloons, creativity in design, and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong public speaking skills for demonstrative activities to entertain and educate guests about balloon art
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
