About the Role
We are actively hiring a Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This is not a casual or side role—we are looking for someone reliable who can commit to consistent evening and weekend shifts and grow long-term with the company.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain commercial spaces (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, washrooms, kitchens, floors, garbage removal, etc.)
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures consistently
- Work independently or with a small team depending on the site
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and clients
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience (offices, schools, retail, or industrial)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (MANDATORY)
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts (MANDATORY)
- Strong work ethic: punctual, dependable, detail-oriented
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check
