Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Stone Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, promoting quartz and natural stone products, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves phone calls, customer visits, quotations, and project follow-ups.
Position Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- MUST be able to speak, read, and write both English and Chinese
- Daily communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers
- Ability to prepare quotations, emails, and customer communications in both English and Chinese
- Experience in sales, customer service, or the stone industry is an assetStrong communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Valid driver’s license required
- Sales experience preferred (stone, construction, or building materials industry is an asset)
Responsibilities
- Develop new customers through phone calls, WeChat, email, and customer visits
- Promote quartz stone and natural stone products
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and project progress
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

- Compensation: Base pay + Commission. To be discussed during interview
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: Richmond, BC
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
