We are seeking a friendly and energetic Door Greeter / Game Master to welcome guests and ensure they have an enjoyable experience at our entertainment venue. This role involves engaging with visitors, managing guest flow, and facilitating game activities. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression
- Assist guests with check-in procedures and answer any questions about the venue or activities
- Manage guest flow to ensure safety and comfort throughout the facility
- Facilitate and oversee game activities, ensuring guests follow rules and enjoy their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the greeting area and game stations
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Support food service operations if applicable, including basic food handling and customer interaction
- Ensure guest safety by monitoring activity areas and enforcing safety guidelines
- Promote a fun, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or in guest services is preferred but not required
- Strong public speaking skills to engage with guests confidently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Experience in cash handling is a plus but not mandatory
- Background in hospitality or entertainment environments is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Must have a license and is able to transport themselves to and from work
