Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with product selection based on their needs, preferences.
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring products are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and efficient
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills required
- Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is advantageous
- Good understanding of Adobe Photoshop and MS Office
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively communicate technical features
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Ability to work well in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
