Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes and customer preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age when serving alcohol
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations throughout shifts
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Uphold all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes, wine pairings, and menu items preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and presentation standards
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Prior experience in hospitality or bartending is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while providing exceptional guest service
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
