We are seeking a skilled Crew Foreman to join our team. All applicants should be able bodied driven individuals that take pride in their work. At Trudel Roofing we want to do the best job we can while sending everyone safe home to their families at the end of the day!
Responsibilities:
-Overseeing jobsite daily and meeting deadlines for projects
-Managing your crew to work productively and safetly
-Adhering to safe job practices
-Driving a truck and trailer daily
-Overseeing time sheets
-Speaking with customers and walking them through the process throughout the job.
-Dump runs and material pick ups
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
-5 years shingling experience
-Full valid drivers license
-Have a good understanding of jobsite management
-Natural leader
