Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities
- Develop, curate, and manage published content across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to increase organic reach and improve content discoverability.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community interaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future content strategies.
- Assist in managing Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies innovative.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, Hootsuite, Buffer (application), and other social media management tools.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and accuracy.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles including content creation, audience targeting, and campaign analysis.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media campaigns.
- Prior experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other platforms is preferred but not required.
