Overview
At Burger Revolution, we believe burgers should be bold, service should feel genuine, and every shift should run with purpose. We're looking for a hands-on Shift Lead/Keyholder who can lead with confidence, jump in wherever needed, and help create the fast-paced, welcoming atmosphere our guests have come to expect.
This position is ideal for someone with previous restaurant leadership experience who is comfortable working both front and back of house while supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Open and/or close the restaurant independently
- Lead and support staff during busy service periods
- Manage breaks and shift flow
- Handle cash, tills and daily washouts accurately
- Provide Excellent customer service and resolve guests concerns professionally
- Support kitchen and front counter operations as needed
- Assist with food prep, quality control, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Train and mentor new team members
- Ensure health, safety, and food handling standards are consistently followed
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of restaurant leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working both front and back of house
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
