FOH Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on FOH Manager to lead the front-of-house and deliver a consistent, hospitality-driven guest experience.
This is a floor-based leadership role—you’ll be leading shifts, managing a small team, and ensuring every guest has a reliable, high-quality experience.
We are not focused on formal service. We focus on hospitality, energy, and consistency.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for every guest
- Leading by example on the floor
- Handling guest issues confidently and consistently
- Building a regular-driven atmosphere
Consistency
- Ensuring service, drinks, and team performance are consistent every shift
- Maintaining standards across all staff
- Keeping the experience reliable regardless of who is working
Beverage Program
- Running a simple, efficient bar program (beer, limited wine, basic cocktails)
- Ensuring drinks are consistent, fast, and properly poured
- Monitoring waste and maintaining control of the bar
Atmosphere
- Managing the overall feel of the room
- Controlling music, energy, and flow of service
- Adjusting the environment based on how busy the venue is
Team Leadership
- Leading and supporting a small FOH team
- Coaching and correcting staff in real time
- Maintaining accountability and performance standards
Labour & Shift Management
- Managing staffing levels during shifts
- Making real-time decisions on cuts and adjustments
- Keeping shifts efficient and controlled
Operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization standards
- Completing ordering and inventory tasks when required
- Ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen
What We’re Looking For
- Strong floor presence and leadership ability
- Someone who values hospitality over formal service
- Ability to manage a small team with accountability
- Confident decision-maker during busy service
- Focus on consistency, not complexity
- Experience in casual dining, bars, or high-volume environments preferred

Role Details
Hourly position- Shift-based role (including nights and weekends)
