Duties
- Prepare and assemble pizza items according to menu specifications, maintaining quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and upselling additional items
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in Pizza or any other restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food preparation, serving, cashiering, and food safety protocols is advantageous
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a welcoming environment
- Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours to serve customers promptly
- Experience with kitchen tasks or food industry roles is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and sales performance
