Role Description The Junior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON. This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of custom window projects from initial order through installation. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project timelines, assisting with scheduling and expediting materials, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and monitoring project progress. The Junior Project Manager helps prepare documentation, supports inspections and quality checks, and ensures logistics and deliveries align with project requirements. This position also contributes to issue resolution, status reporting, and continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and supporting project documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to coordinate orders, follow up on material availability, and ensure timely delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to assist with quality checks, verify product specifications, and support site assessments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to help plan shipments, coordinate with carriers, and manage delivery schedules.
- Relevant qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office and project management software (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling tools, Microsoft Project) and a willingness to learn industry-specific systems is beneficial.
- Previous experience or education in construction, window industry, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a customer-focused mindset is required.
Pay: $43,302.37-$86,593.22 per year
