Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace malfunctioning parts, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Assemble components according to specifications and schematics.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete repairs.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
Requirements
- Journeyman/woman Automotive Service Technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on automotive technology advancements.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
