Prestige Concrete Grinding & Polishing Corp. is hiring.
We specialize in concrete grinding, polishing, surface prep, and high-performance coatings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We have steady work, solid systems, and we’re looking for reliable people who want to build a long-term career, not just punch a clock.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating concrete grinders, edge tools, vacuums, and prep equipment
- Surface prep: grinding, polishing, shot blasting, repairs
- Installing epoxy, flake, and protective coating systems
- Working as part of a tight crew on professional job sites
- Following safety procedures and quality standards
- Keeping jobs clean, organized, and moving forward

- Good attitude — takes direction and communicates clearly
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Construction or concrete experience is an asset, but not required if you’re motivated and trainable
