UGC Connect is a growing Canadian marketing company that helps businesses connect with talented content creators who produce authentic video content for social media advertising.
We work with creators and businesses across Canada and are looking for ambitious students who want real-world experience in marketing, sales, business development, and team leadership.
Unlike traditional internships where you’re stuck doing administrative work, our interns take ownership of projects, work directly with business owners, and gain experience that employers actually value.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marketing & Business Development Intern, you will:
- Build relationships with Canadian businesses looking for content creators
- Identify and generate new leads through social media, networking, email outreach, and local business partnerships
- Manage and coordinate your own team of UGC creators
- Help creators find opportunities and grow their portfolios
- Learn client acquisition, sales, marketing strategy, and account management
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings with company leadership
- Contribute ideas that directly impact company growth

Compensation
This is a commission-based internship designed to reward performance.
Interns earn commission on business they help bring into the company and opportunities they help facilitate.
