Masterz Construction is a growing commercial construction company seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join its team.
This role focuses on estimating and coordinating service calls and smaller commercial construction projects and assisting on bigger ones, from subcontractor price requests to pricing our own services (management, interior partitions systems/general) to bid preparation and submission.
Responsibilities include attending job showings (paid mileage), analyzing project specifications, gathering material and labor costs, and preparing accurate estimates. Pay ranges between $30/hour to $40/hr for a 37.5-hour work week reaching the higher end and possibly more depending on experience and if you have existing clients to bring in.

Requirements:
-Able to work unsupervised/independently and in team settings
-Available from 7am-3pm weekdays
-Minimum 4 years experience in the construction industry
-Hold a valid driver's license and own transportation
- Must be fully bilingual, oral and written
-Reliable, respectful, punctual and honest
-Team player
-Strong organizational skills
