Paramount Fine Foods- located in Upper James St. Hamilton is now hiring for CSR's and Servers and Hostess.
Our CSR’s and Servers are individuals who must have a positive and professional attitude and clear communication skills to work as a Customer Service Representative within our team.
Language prefer: fluent in Arabic and English.
Some duties will include:
- Effectively communicate with customers and resolve customer issues in a positive manner and cater to customer needs while on shift.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
- Listen to guests and suggest menu items that meet their needs and enhance their experience.
- Demonstrate a desire to help where needed.
- Use Customer feedback to improve service.
- Accurately follow cash-out procedures and secure proper payment for all orders.
- Project a positive image both on and off duty in restaurant locations.
- Educate customers on promotions or services to up-sell products/services and take orders as necessary.
- Have a positive attitude, friendly attitude and have fun.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
